How do you destroy data on hard drives and electronic control modules (ECMs)?
Data security is handled physically. We use high-field degaussing (TS-4XT) and physical destruction (PD-5) so that all proprietary software and vehicle data on hard drives and ECMs is 100% unrecoverable. This protects both consumer data and manufacturer intellectual property.
